Established in 1933 as the country's first professional ballet company, the San Francisco Ballet melds its deep history with an avant-garde interpretation of classical ballet. This innovative combination has helped the Company evolve into one of the three largest in the United States.

Realizing that their Web presence was outdated and difficult to navigate, the San Francisco Ballet enlisted 415 to conduct a full site redesign. The primary objective of the redesign was to attract first-time single ticket buyers, and to cultivate relationships with them that would encourage additional ticket purchases and inspire season subscriptions. Other site goals included simplifying the ticketing process, improving site navigation, increasing interest and involvement in the San Francisco Ballet community, and making the site easier for the Ballet to update and manage.
