One of the largest and most prestigious financial institutions in the world, Credit Suisse offers an array of investment and banking services to individuals and institutions in North America, Europe, and Asia.

When 415 began developing the CSAM.com site, Credit Suisse Asset Management had a limited Web strategy. The lack of a dedicated group for Web or e-commerce development fostered fragmentation. Corporate Web projects were managed in London; institutional investment in New York; legal efforts and corporate branding in Zurich; IT in both London and New York.

But from chaos sprang order. As the relationship evolved, 415 and Credit Suisse forged a true strategic partnership. 415's role expanded from site development to include:
